This page explains what personal data Lab Delight collects through labdelight.co, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Lab Delight ("we", "us") operates labdelight.co. If you have any question about this statement or about personal data we hold, contact us at hello@labdelight.co.
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us through the enquiry form on this site. That form asks for:
- a description of what you are trying to improve;
- your name;
- your work email address;
- your organisation;
- where you are in your thinking, selected from a list.
Only the first field is required to begin. You control what you put in the free-text field, so please do not include confidential or sensitive information in it.
Why we use it
We use what you send solely to understand your enquiry, reply to you, and continue the conversation you started. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list on the basis of an enquiry alone.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run this site. Each processes data on our instructions:
- Formspree receives and forwards enquiry form submissions so they reach our inbox. Its servers are located in the United States, so submitting the form involves a transfer of your data outside Singapore.
- Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host it automatically records technical request data, including IP addresses, in server logs for security and reliability purposes.
- Google Fonts serves the typeface used on this site. Your browser requests those font files directly from Google, which discloses your IP address to Google in the process.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set cookies and does not run any analytics or advertising tracking. Nothing on this site follows you across other websites.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and we delete it when it is no longer needed for either purpose. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, or delete it. You may also withdraw any consent you have given. Write to hello@labdelight.co and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date below.
